The school house at West Sandy has been repaired and refurbished and is now being used as a Community Center. The following guidelines for the facility have been approved:

There will be a contact person, Mary Webster, who will schedule events, furnish keys and retrieve the keys.

The cost for use of the building is $100 per day. A $50 deposit will be required to secure a date. This will be refunded within ten days after the event, provided the facility is left clean and in order. All leftover food and decorations must be removed and all garbage must be removed from the premises. Persons using the building must furnish all paper goods. The facility must be vacated by midnight. No over-night stays will be permitted.

No cigarettes or tobacco products may be used inside the building or on the porch.

All equipment listed below will be inspected before and after each use:


	Refrigerator	Table and Chairs
	Stove	Bathrooms
	Oven	Floors cleaned and mopped
	Microwave	Clean bags placed in garbage cans
	Counters	Sink

We ask that everybody be considerate of our neighbors when playing music, especially at night.

Persons using the building are not required to be members of WSCA, however, we welcome those who make use of it to join our association.
